Lifting & Rigging
Premium Lifting & Rigging Hardware — Engineered for Safe, High-Load Operations
In every lifting operation, the connection point is where safety is won or lost. A shackle that fails under load, a turnbuckle that slips under tension, or a sling that fatigues prematurely doesn't just damage cargo — it endangers lives and halts operations. Our heavy-duty alloy-steel lifting and rigging hardware is engineered to eliminate that risk. Forged from premium alloy steel, precision heat-treated, and proof-load tested, every component is optimized for high-load hoisting and secure load restraint — delivering uncompromising reliability across crane work, equipment erection, and heavy-duty cargo handling.
Complete Product Range — Built for Every Lifting Challenge:
Shackles — The Backbone of Every Rigging Setup
· G209 Screw-Pin Bow Shackles — Hot-dip galvanized alloy steel bow shackles with quick-release screw pin, working load limits from 0.5T to 85T. The most versatile shackle in any rigger's kit — ideal for temporary sling connections, multi-leg rigging, and general crane lifting where rapid attachment and removal are essential.
· G210 Screw-Pin D-Shackles — Narrow-body chain shackles with screw pin, WLL from 0.5T to 35T. Designed for direct chain-to-chain connections and compact lifting points where space is constrained — perfect for chain sling assemblies and tight-clearance crane hooks.
· G2130 Bolt-Type Bow Shackles — Bolt-and-nut anchor shackles with cotter-pin security, WLL from 2T to 150T. Engineered for permanent or semi-permanent installations where vibration and dynamic loads must never loosen the pin — the safe choice for fixed crane attachments, spreader beams, and long-term equipment tie-downs.
· G2150 Bolt-Type D-Shackles — Secured bolt-type chain shackles, WLL from 2T to 55T. Built for permanent chain rigging in high-vibration environments including overhead crane trolleys, hoist blocks, and conveyor head pulley mounting.
· G2160 Wide-Body Shackles — Extra-wide bow shackles for multi-leg sling and wide-strap applications, WLL from 2T to 150T. The expanded bow radius accommodates multiple wire rope legs or thick synthetic slings without pinching — essential for heavy crane lifts and modular construction.
· European-Standard Bow & D-Shackles — EN 13889 compliant EE-type bow and U-type D-shackles, forged alloy steel, WLL from 0.3T to 55T. For European equipment, OEM rigging kits, and export projects requiring metric certification.

· HG-227 Jaw-to-Eye Turnbuckles — Open-body turnbuckles with jaw-and-eye configuration for rapid pin connection, sizes M6 through M64. Preferred for applications requiring frequent assembly and re-tensioning, such as temporary support bracing, modular equipment erection, and cargo lashing on heavy-haul trailers.
· DIN 1480 Turnbuckles — European-standard open-body turnbuckles in hook-and-hook, hook-and-eye, and eye-and-eye configurations, sizes M5 through M36. For general-purpose tensioning of railings, cable stays, fence systems, and light structural bracing.

Lifting Points & Hoist Rings — Engineered for Balanced, Multi-Axis Hoisting
· Grade 80 Swivel Hoist Rings — Alloy steel hoist rings with 180° pivot and 360° full rotation, WLL from 0.3T to 30T. Bolt directly to machinery, molds, structural frames, and heavy components to provide a true vertical lifting point regardless of pull direction — eliminating dangerous side-loading and ensuring controlled, balanced lifts during crane operations and equipment erection.
· DIN 580 Collared Eye Bolts — Forged steel eye bolts with shoulder collar, metric threads M6 through M64, WLL from 0.16T to 10T. The industry-standard lifting point for motors, pumps, gearboxes, transformers, and plant equipment worldwide.
· DIN 582 Eye Nuts — Forged steel lifting nuts matching DIN 580 bolts, for threaded stud lifting points and custom rigging attachments.
