Oil & Gas
Premium Rigging Hardware for Onshore & Offshore Oil & Gas Operations
In the high-stakes world of oil and gas extraction — where a single failed connection can halt production, compromise safety, or trigger catastrophic environmental consequences — every lifting and load-bearing component must perform without compromise. Our heavy-duty rigging hardware is engineered specifically for the dual demands of onshore drilling fields and offshore marine environments: extreme high-load conditions combined with relentless salt-spray corrosion, UV exposure, and temperature extremes. Forged from premium alloy steel, precision heat-treated, and finished with marine-grade corrosion protection, every component delivers the strength, durability, and reliability that energy operators demand.
Complete Product Range — Engineered for Energy Infrastructure:
Shackles — Forged Alloy Steel, Marine-Grade Corrosion Protection
· G209 Screw-Pin Bow Shackles — Hot-dip galvanized alloy steel bow shackles with quick-release screw pin, working load limits from 0.5T to 85T. The workhorse of rigging operations — used for temporary sling connections, drill rig mobilization, and general-purpose lifting across onshore pad sites and offshore platform decks.
· G210 Screw-Pin D-Shackles — Narrow-profile chain shackles with screw pin, WLL from 0.5T to 35T. Designed for compact chain-to-chain connections in confined spaces such as BOP handling, riser tensioning systems, and subsea equipment deployment.
· G2130 Bolt-Type Bow Shackles — Bolt-and-nut anchor shackles with cotter-pin security, WLL from 2T to 150T. Built for permanent or semi-permanent installations where vibration from drilling and pumping must never loosen the pin — essential for wellhead Christmas trees, platform structural bracing, and FPSO mooring connections.
· G2150 Bolt-Type D-Shackles — Secured bolt-type chain shackles, WLL from 2T to 55T. Engineered for permanent chain rigging in high-vibration environments including mud pump skids, shale shaker decks, and compressor module tie-downs.
Turnbuckles — Precision Tensioning for Critical Loads
· HG-226 Eye-to-Eye Turnbuckles — Open-body alloy steel turnbuckles with dual eye fittings, sizes M6 through M64, WLL up to 22T. Used for tensioning guy lines on drilling derricks, adjusting platform support cables, and aligning pipeline spans — delivering fine-tuned load control where millimeters matter.
· HG-227 Jaw-to-Eye Turnbuckles — Open-body turnbuckles with jaw-and-eye configuration for rapid pin connection, sizes M6 through M64. Preferred for temporary rigging during module installation, offshore platform commissioning, and periodic re-tensioning of mooring and riser systems.
Lifting Points — Multi-Axis Safety for Heavy Equipment
· Grade 80 Swivel Lifting Eyes — Alloy steel hoist rings with 180° pivot and 360° full rotation, WLL from 0.3T to 30T. Bolt directly to turbine engines, compressor skids, heat exchangers, and drilling components to provide a true vertical lifting point regardless of pull direction — eliminating side-loading risks and ensuring balanced, controlled lifts during heavy-part replacement and turnaround maintenance.
Wire Rope Slings — Marine-Grade, High-Cycle Performance
· Wire Rope Slings — Manufactured from 6×19, 6×37, and 6×36WS galvanized or stainless steel wire rope, supplied as hand-spliced eye-and-eye slings, Flemish-eye mechanically-spliced slings, or endless grommets. Diameters from 6mm to 64mm, each with full break-load test certification. Designed for the heaviest lifts in the energy sector — rig mobilization, topside module installation, subsea deployment, and crane operations on offshore platforms and drilling vessels.
Trusted Across the Energy Value Chain
From onshore drilling rigs and well pads to offshore platforms, FPSOs, subsea installations, and refinery infrastructure, our rigging hardware provides dependable lifting, tension fastening, and load-bearing connection solutions throughout the asset lifecycle — initial assembly, routine maintenance, and heavy-part replacement during turnarounds. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management with full material traceability, magnetic particle inspection, and proof-load testing. Available with CCS, DNV, LR, ABS, and BV classification society certification — meeting the stringent HSE and quality standards that oil and gas operators, drilling contractors, and EPC companies require. When failure is not an option, our hardware secures operational safety and long-term stability for every oil and gas field operation.
